5.MODALITIES AND CONDITIONS FOR ADMISSION, RESIGNATION AND EXPULSION OF MEMBERS AND RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF MEMBERS
5.1. ADMISSION TO MEMBERSHIP
Individuals or legal entities that meet the conditions stated in Article 4, shall duly complete Membership Application Form in writing and submit it to the Chair of the Board of Directors of the Association.
The Board’s decision to accept or reject the membership application shall be taken within a maximum period of (30) days and the applicant will be notified about the decision in writing.
Meetings during which applications for membership are considered must satisfy a quorum of two thirds of the Board Members.
Acceptance or rejection of membership shall be decided by a majority of three fourths of the Board Members attending the meeting.
In case of acceptance of the request, the applicant shall be registered in the membership register as a “Full Member” and thereby will acquire the capacity of a member.
5.2. RESIGNATION FROM MEMBERSHIP
No one can be forced to remain a member of the Association. Every memberis entitled to resign, provided the request is made in writing to the Board of Directors of the Association . The financial obligations of the resigning memberexpire as of the end of the work term during which resignation is requested, and the dues for that term must be paid in full.
5.3. EXPULSION FROM MEMBERSHIP
The general assembly shall decide, with a two-thirds majority vote, to expelmembers in the following cases.

Members who refuse to pay their dues and their share of expenses which have been adopted during the General Assembly within one month after being notified in writing, and who persist in noncompliance.Said payments will have been made the latest one month before the Ordinary General Assembly convenes.

Members who, three years after establishment of the Association, are still on the Board of Directors or are members of a similar body of a competing or similar institution. Members, who have been elected to the Board of Directors or to a similar body of a competing or similar organization, after establishment of the Association,

Individuals, who according to the pertinent laws, cannot remain as association members,

Individuals who have been sentenced to more than five years of imprisonment for whatever offense,

Individuals who have been convicted of bribery, embezzlement and similar despicable crimes,

Individuals who have received a confirmed conviction for establishing and directing associations that are against the law, and who have been deprived of their legal capacity,

Members who engage in acts and deeds that contradict the honor and reputation of the Association.

Members who do not comply with the decisions adopted by the General Assembly and the Board of Directors, in relation with the activities of the Association.

Members who no longer fulfill the prerequisites required for membership.Membership of any natural or juristic person shall be annulled who is discovered to have left the sector. Membership shall be annulled of any member who is discovered to have left the company which (s)he represented.

Members who remain indifferent towards the activities of the Association, get in the habit of not attending the General Assembly meetings, the working groups and committees established within the framework of the activities of the Association or other meetings held by the Association, without presenting any excuse.
Discharged members have the right to challenge this decision in the General Assembly.
5.4. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE MEMBERS
Members and their parent organizations, shall be entitled to benefit from the results of all the activities of the Association on an equal basis, provided they meet the obligations prescribed in this Charter.
Members are obligated to meet on a timely manner their obligations which are clearly indicated in the Charter. Basic obligations of members also include supporting and implementing the decisions and resulting activities undertaken by the authorized organs of the Association, which are in line with the objectives and operations of the Association, and complying with the decisions adopted by the GeneralAssembly.
Members of the Association enjoy equal rights. The Association charter may not contain any discriminatory provisions based on members` language, race, color, gender, religion, denomination, family, cast and class, and no item which undermines equality or favor the interests of a specific group of members may be included in the Charter.
Every member is entitled to one vote in the General Assembly. Members shall be obliged to vote in person.
