1.NAME OF THE ASSOCIATION

1.1 The name of the Association is the Association of Research-based
Pharmaceutical Companies (in Turkish; "Arastırmacı İlaç Firmaları Dernegi"].

1.2. Abbreviated name of the Association is "TARP" in English / "AIFD" in Turkish.

1.3. Without the prior permission of the Board of Directors, the emblem of the
association attached hereto (Pantone 528 C colored purple molecule picture
and pantone 541 C colored association name upon white background) cannot
be distributed, sold or used outside of its purpose by non-members.
