15. RECORDS OF THE ASSOCIATION

The Association will keep the records prescribed in the Associations Law no. 5253 and in the regulation issued under this law as well as in other laws and regulations, in the manner required by these laws and regulations.All these records must be certified by a notary public or by the provincial department for associations.
