12. ACQUISITION OF REAL PROPERTY

Upon proposal by the board of directors and approval by the general assembly, the Association may purchase real property, or may sell its existing properties. The Association shall inform the local administrative authority of competent jurisdiction about its acquisition of real property, within one month of registering such property with the title deeds office.
