12. ACQUISITION OF REAL PROPERTY

Upon the empowerment to be granted by the General Assembly, the Board of Directors may purchase properties for its premises and to carry out its activities, or may sell its existing properties. The Association shall inform the Ministry of Interior Affairs about its acquisition of real property, within one month of registering it.
