16. AMENDMENTS TO THE CHARTER

The Charter of the Association may be amended by a decision of the General Assembly. To have the amendment made in the first meeting, 2/3 of the members must be present and vote favorably. This majority is not required in the second meeting; however attendance must not be less than twice the number of members of the Boards of Directors and Auditors, and any decision to amend the charter must be taken by a majority vote of 2/3 of the members present..
